Associate Operational Asset Manager

We are looking for a proactive and eager to learn Associate Operational Asset Manager. You will with time get a high amount of responsibility, making an impact and serving in a key team. You will report directly to Britta Reuter Svennesen, the Head of Operational Asset Management. Thus, your main responsibilities as an Associate Operational Asset Manager, is to stepwise take ownership and responsiblility for your own portfolio of assets, which can include the following tasks:

Technical Operational Management

    • Ensuring compliance with the project’s performance towards a minimum of legal, safety and environmental regulations
    • Overseeing and management of operational noncompliance performance of significant failures
    • Managing and verifying guarantees and obligations under warranty and performance bonds
    • Obtain, evaluate and manage third-party technical contractors’ and suppliers’ services and performance
    • Contractual management, review, and reporting.
    • Data analysis and KPI management reporting towards department performance and optimizations
    • Development and management of internal processes, driving technical excellence and optimizations
    • On-site technical and commercial inspections

Commercial Asset Management

    • Invoice management and facilitation and supplier evaluation process and maintenance
    • Procurement handling upon rating and comparison structure
    • Internal business case development, presentation, and follow-ups upon Technical Installations
    • Screening and reporting upon any market trends and innovative solutions applicable for PV operations

Begin you journey within asset management
Training resources are at hand for the potential candidate, making it possible to not necessarily possess extensive prior experience. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, electrical work, or a related technical field. Furthermore, the position allows the chosen candidate to complete their final year or the last six months of their studies while working part-time at Nordic Solar and then begin full-time once finished with studies.
