The three companies have been merged

The shareholders in the three companies of Nordic Solar have decided to merge the companies into one strong collected corporation. The ambition is to become the Nordic region’s leading company in solar energy.

Nordic Solar A/S

Ever since the establishment of Nordic Solar in 2010, it has been a long-term vision to create a leading Nordic energy company based on solar power.

Now Nordic Solar is merging its two investment companies and its management company into one joint stock company. The merger will create the growth platform needed to fulfill the ambition to become The Nordic region’s leading solar energy company.

With strong competencies throughout the value chain, we will as one unified company come to stand far stronger in the market.

The merged Nordic Solar A/S has a total balance sheet of over EUR 540 million and turns over EUR 40 million annually in 12 European countries.
