Head of Group Controlling
We are seeking a Head of Group Controlling to lead and shape the financial control of solar park entities, manage a dedicated team, and contribute to continuous expansion and growth. As the Head of Group Controlling, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring a highly motivated team of dedicated employees and leave your mark on how we structure, optimize, and improve the control of operational solar park entities across Europe.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Oversee and ensure quality in the controlling of the operational entities.
- Lead, develop and manage team members (Financial Controllers).
- Communicate with local administrators, financing partners and auditors.
- Participate in the quarterly consolidation and reporting process.
- Cooperate with Head of Group Financial Reporting on the financial presentations and reviews.
- Develop group controlling.
- Ad hoc transaction analysis and analysis
You will become an essential part of the Finance & Administration department, reporting directly to the Group Reporting Director.
Experienced financial expert with management experience
We’re seeking a candidate with a strong educational foundation, holding a master’s degree in financial reporting or audit, like cand.merc.aud. You should bring at least eight years of experience in Group Controlling and Group Finance Reporting. We see benefits in you coming both from a senior role in the audit industry or from a medium/large-sizied company. We hold our employees in high regard, and, therefore, we are in search of a candidate with previous experience in a leadership position.
