We are looking for an Associate to join the investment team. Reporting directly to the Chief Investment Officer, you will support the team in various tasks regarding the investment activities. The position will be full-time at our office in Hellerup (Copenhagen).
Taking on the position, your main responsibilities are:
- Financial modelling (DCF basis) on solar project business cases across Europe and potentially also globally
- Support in M&A transactions including due diligence, contract negotiations and related financial modelling
- Support in financing and refinancing processes
- Preparing presentations for banks, partners, and Board of Directors
- Various ad-hoc tasks
Numerically well-founded and self-motivated Associate
You hold a Master’s degree in finance (cand.polit/oecon, cand.merc.fir., cand.merc.aud., MBA or similar), representing a high academic standard. In addition, you have an eminent numeric sense as well as excellent Excel skills. Relevant work experience of 1-2 years would be a benefit. Experience within the industry is considered an asset but not a requirement. Furthermore, you have a good commercial understanding, as well as proficient English skills. Good knowledge of other European languages is considered an asset. Moreover, you would like to engage in the maturing renewable energy business and work in a fund with a solid track record and significant growth plans.
