Construction Project Manager
We are looking for a curious and self-driving Construction Project Manager to join the Operational Department. Nordic Solar has undergone impressive progressive growth. Hence, the Operational Department needs to expand the team with an experienced and skilled Construction Project Manager, who can perform detailed project management of EPC Turnkey projects within the EPC department, facilitating internal and external stakeholder management and reporting focused primarily on the German region.
The position will be full-time at their office in Hellerup (Copenhagen). As Construction Project Manager, you will refer directly to the EPC Director, Volkan Cebe, who is in charge of management, coaching, and guidance within the EPC Organization.
As Construction Project Manager at Nordic Solar, your main responsibilities are:
- Early Project Involvement and planning
- Project Execution
- Project Evaluations and follow up
Working with these areas of responsibility, you secure sufficient project planning and execution, applying top of the class management, cost control and quality performance. In addition, you successfully complete all projects with an open-minded and problem-solving approach. In doing so, you learn from experience and continuously focus on improvement related initiatives. In the position, you will collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal departments, thereby ensuring a high level of transparency for all stakeholders, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, following best practice standards.
Experienced Construction Project Manager with a technical and commercial understanding
Taking on the role as Construction Project Manager, you are expected to hold a degree In one technical disciplines i.e engineering or similar as well as possess great technical and commercial understanding. Furthermore, you are expected to present at least three years of experience from a similar position. Additionally, you have experience with project management and can secure sufficient project planning and execution. Finally, you possess great conflict management skills and know how to handle conflicts professionally. It is a requirement that the candidate speaks and write English fluently. In addition, the candidate needs to be proficient or fluently in German.
