Head of Investor Relations
Nordic Solar A/S are looking for a curious and innovative Head of Investor Relations who can develop and execute Nordic Solar’s Investor relations strategy and serve as the primary point of contact for Nordic Solar’s investors. The position is a unique opportunity to be a part of the IPO journey in a sustainable company experiencing impressive growth.
Referring directly to CFO, Jes Vengaard, you will be responsible for growing an IPO ready Investor Relations function, including corporation with management, communications, and the finance department. Thus, your main responsibilities as Head of Investor Relations are:
- Managing communication between Nordic Solar’s management and the investors
- Handling and organising investor inquiries and communicating all feedback from investors to management
- Conducting data analysis, including financial documents such as annual/quarterly reports
In addition to the responsibilities listed above, you prepare monthly investor reporting and investor presentations and set up investor meetings and events. Also, you collect and communicate qualitative information such as the company’s business model and strategic direction.
Furthermore, you implement and operate investor relation tools and implement procedures regarding risk-related insider trading. Furthermore, you are responsible for the digital investor relations programme through HC Andersen Capital with investor seminars.
Finally, you ensure that shareholder material and shareholder meetings lead to a high level of stability.
A strong communicator who has experience in investor relations
To take on the role, you must hold a master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Communications, Economics, or related fields. In addition, you are expected to have between five to ten years of work experience from positions where you have gained extensive knowledge within investor relations, public relations, financial investment, accounting, legal, and other related fields. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication (verbal, written, graphic) skills and the ability to develop and maintain business relationships.
It is considered a considerable advantage if you have experience from a publicly traded company that operates under the regulatory framework regarding investor information disclosure laws. Finally, a strong understanding of financial reports, share price analytic methods, and financial data tools is a must. Insight into investor relationship tools is also considered an advantage.
