You will oversee the drafting and implementation of these designs to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Thus, your main responsibilities as Structural Design Engineer are:

- Technical design submission upon geotechnical studies
- Static load calculation
- Preparation of BoM for the complete PV system and installation
- Co-ordination with supplier and construction contractors
- Preparation of installation manuals, QA reporting, and other technical-related documentation
- Nordic Solar fixed tilt system maintenance and upgrades
- Proactive involvement within the development phase of projects, applying technical experience towards the best possible installation abilities
- Supporting the operations phase of the project, applying retrofit solutions and other potential repair/upgrade needs during the operation phase of the installation
Experienced Structural Design Engineer with a solid technical understanding
We are seeking a candidate who holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical or structural engineering and has a minimum of 2-5 years of experience, specifically within the solar industry. Fluency in written and spoken English is a must-have, as well as proficiency in Autodesk 3D Modelling. PVCase is an advantage, but not a requirement.
Passionate candidate who shows a high level of motivation and a systematic approach to the tasks
In addition to the technical requirements, we are seeking a candidate with a genuine interest and passion for technical topics. We are looking for someone who takes the initiative and can maintain high productivity under time pressure while still meeting deadlines and delivery estimates. The ideal candidate will demonstrate motivation, a systematic task approach, and the ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions.
The candidate must have a strong interest in organizational development and be motivated to grow together. We value an open-minded and curious approach to new possibilities within the field of expertise.
