About the recruitment process

Have you applied for a position at Nordic Solar? We collaborate with an external partner who helps us handle the recruitment process.

All applications are processed, and, as an applicant, you will always receive a confirmation of your application.

In the process, you may expect us to focus on how your professional and personal qualifications match the position, team and culture. And, not least, how they match the expectations you have.

Candidates who advance in the process will be invited to an interview and be asked to take a test.

Depending on the job you are applying for, you may also be asked to solve a specific case.

As a candidate for a position, you can always expect to receive feedback on your test results and a status update, regardless of how far you get in the process.

Onboarding in Nordic Solar

We have an onboarding programme that will help you get off to a good start when joining Nordic Solar. We always look forward to welcoming new colleagues and make sure we are in touch before the first day of your new job.

As part of the onboarding programme, you will be meeting all departments in the organisation and be given a thorough introduction to the work and responsibilities of each department in the first few weeks.

As a new employee at Nordic Solar, you are also assigned a buddy, who will be one of your new colleagues who is ready to help you become part of the team and make your onboarding successful.
