NSM er i rivende udvikling og søger derfor en kollega, der med sin interesse og erfaring inden for bogføring kan bidrage til den økonomiske drift internt i virksomheden. Da NSM er på en vækstrejse og derfor har brug for flere interne ressourcer, skal du fra start kunne arbejde selvstændigt med diverse bogholderiopgaver i tæt samarbejde med de øvrige medarbejdere i Finans & Administrationsteamet.

I arbejdet med ovenstående ansvarsområde, vil du konkret bidrage til løsningen af følgende arbejdsopgaver:

  • Bogføring
  • Debitorstyring
  • Kreditorstyring
  • Finansbogføring
  • Kontering
  • Fakturering
  • Afstemninger
  • Momsregnskab
  • Bankbetalinger
  • Lønbogholderi
  • Diverse ad hoc-opgaver

Erfaren og detaljeorienteret

Du kommer med minimum 2 års erfaring indenfor bogføring. Du er sandsynligvis udddannet indenfor adminstration, økonomi & regnskab, men så længe du har relevant erfaring, er uddannelsebaggrunden ikke afgørende. 

Du arbejder struktureret og omhyggeligt, og du sætter en ære i, at opgaverne bliver afleveret uden fejl. Det er ikke afgørende, om du kommer med 2 eller mange års erfaring, blot du er motiveret for at blive en del af et fælleskab, hvor der ydes på højt niveau. Det er en fordel men ikke et krav, hvis du taler engelsk.

På det personlige plan er du detaljeorienteret og kvalitetsbevidst med en høj faglighed og specifik interesse for bogføring og de tilhørende processer. Du er stabil, god til at bevare overblikket og kan lide at have travlt. Du tager ansvar for egne arbejdsområder og får afsluttet opgaverne til tiden.

NSM forvalter i dag to selvstændige investeringsselskaber, Nordic Solar Energy A/S og Nordic Solar Global A/S samt deres samlet set mere end 80 datterselskaber beliggende i 10 forskellige lande i Europa.

Nordic Solar Management A/S (NSM) is the investment manager for two specialized investment companies/funds within solar PV – Nordic Solar Energy (NSE) and Nordic Solar Global (Global). The investors are private and professional investors, family offices, trusts and smaller institutionals. The risk profile defines the mandate for each investment company. NSE acquires operational solar parks within Europe and Global invests in ready-to-build solar parks within the OECD countries. NSE has a balance of 212 mio. EUR owning operational solar parks in 8 countries and Global has to date raised and invested 18 mio. EUR since it was founded in mid-Q4 2018.

It is expected that the NSE portfolio will double within the next 1-2 years. The aim is to create an investment company of at least 3-4 times the current size that can either be listed or sold to an institutional investor. The final decision is up to the shareholders of NSE. Global is following the same path and is expected to reach the same objectives within 4-5 years.

NSM manages the investment process, capital raising and asset management in the form of technical operation management and ongoing administration of both investment companies and each of the specific local investment vehicles that the solar farms are organized in. 

Tasks:

  • Origination of investment opportunities
  • Financial modelling (DCF basis) on investment opportunities across Europe and globally
  • Take a lead on transaction processes – contract negotiations and related financial implications
  • Manage refinancing processes – both on project level as well as fund level (i.e. bond structure)
  • Preparing presentations for partners, banks and Board of Directors
  • Participate in the structuring of new investment products within NSM
  • Take an active role in preparing NSE for an IPO or sale during the next 2-3 years
  • Various ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications:

  • You hold a Master’s degree within finance (cand.merc., cand.polit/oecon, MBA or similar) and possess a high academic standard
  • You have superb numeric sense and like to spend time with MS Excel 
  • You have at least 5-7 years of relevant work experience. Experience within the industry is considered an asset
  • You have an excellent commercial understanding and are a skilled negotiator
  • You are proficient in the English language. Good knowledge of other European languages is considered an asset
  • You would like to engage in the maturing renewable energy business and work in a fund manager with a solid track record and significant growth

  • You possess a good sense of humor, and the ability to see new opportunities 
  • You find ease by working in a dynamic environment, where you at times work under very tight deadlines
  • You are ambitious with your own work and performance and are eager to contribute to the growth of NSM.

As NSM is a smaller team, they help each other when needed. The position is a full-time position and some travelling activity should be expected. You will be referring to the Investment Director.
