Nordic Solar’s financial statements and sustainability reports

Here you will find reports and presentations of Nordic Solar’s financial statements. You can read annual reports, interim reports, quarterly reports and sustainability reports.

The basis of accounting is IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), which is the accounting standard applicable to listed companies.

The consolidated financial statements have thus been prepared in accordance with IFRS as issued by the International Accounting Standards Board and approved by the EU and meet the Danish disclosure requirements for companies in reporting class B.

After the 2021 merger of the three companies Nordic Solar Energy A/S, Nordic Solar Global A/S and Nordic Solar Management, we became one company, Nordic Solar A/S, for which we prepare consolidated financial statements.
