Corporate Finance & Development
Making more people benefit from solar energy begins with a pipeline of projects we can turn into solar solutions. We thoroughly investigate and analyse new business opportunities, making sure we invest in profitable projects. We secure financing and handle agreements on sale of power. And our experienced team handles divestments of operational solar parks.
EPC & Operations
Together, we design and construct solar parks to the fully operational stage. We oversee all engineering and procurement. And we operate and maintain our solar parks once they are connected to the grid and produce power. We do this by continuously monitoring electricity production and analysing performance. We value technological know-how and expertise as well as having fun while turning projects into powerful solar parks.
Finance
Responsible for financial processes and decisions, we contribute to ensuring effective business processes. We handle income and expenses, payroll and economic analysis to improve business strategies. And we are responsible for investor relations and reporting as well.
Legal
We facilitate the execution of all tasks involving legal questions and documents of our business and therefore work closely together with colleagues from all departments. We are in particular involved in the acquisition, development, construction and financing of our projects. Our ambition is to provide business-savvy solutions and advice, and we aim at always providing potential solutions to the risks we identify. We strive to deliver the highest quality legal work based on excellent in-house legal competencies and a network of trusted external advisors.
People, Impact & IT
