Our Talent Attraction team dedicated to creating a positive, transparent candidate experience while leveraging the latest technology and data-driven insights to proactively build strong talent pipelines.

As we scale our impact, we are looking for a Senior Talent Attraction Partner to elevate our recruitment processes and enhance the experience for both hiring managers and candidates. This is a newly created position where you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of recruitment strategies and processes.

You will be reporting to the Head of Talent while being part of supportive People and Culture department and collaborating with enthusiastic professionals dedicated to driving excellence. This role is based in Hellerup, and although we are excited to welcome new talent, we are unable to offer relocation for this position.

Your Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment across all areas of the organization, from sourcing to hiring, ensuring an exceptional experience for every candidate.
Execute sourcing strategies to engage top-tier talent and build talent pipelines for future needs.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and objectives, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
Define evaluation criteria and establish a streamlined assessment process to ensure consistency and quality in hiring decisions.
Be actively involved in our strategic initiatives and improvement projects from start to finish, enhancing recruitment processes and candidate experiences.
Be a key player to elevate our recruitment practices and stay ahead of industry trends.

What we're looking for

Experienced Talent Acquisition Partner: You bring senior-level experience as a trusted partner in talent acquisition, ideally within a similar industry.
User-Centric Mindset: You see candidates and hiring managers as key users, designing tools and processes that add value and enhance their experience.
Stakeholder Management: Your relationship-building skills make you a trusted advisor and partner to hiring managers and candidates alike.
Initiative-taking and Collaborative: You are self-driven, take initiative, and thrive in a team environment.
Assessment Expertise: Experience with assessment tools is a plus. We use People Test, and your knowledge will help improve our evaluation processes.
Technology: Proficiency with HiBob (our HR system), applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools to streamline talent acquisition efforts.
