Technical Asset Manager

About the Position

As a Technical Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the operation of photovoltaic (PV) projects, ensuring their success from development to construction from an operational perspective. You'll play a key role in optimising performance, ensuring compliance and leading cross-functional collaboration. Your insight and proactive approach will directly influence our strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

You will report to Head of Operational Asset Management and be part of a diverse team. This position will be in Hellerup, Denmark.

Your Key Responsibilities

Manage specific assets and identify opportunities to enhance performance and efficiency.
Analyze performance of own sites, detect potential issues, and work collaboratively with other departments to implement solutions.
Oversee contract guarantees, product warranties, and insurance claims.
Ensure your sites meet local regulations, permits, and contracts, and propose strategies to maintain compliance.
Contribute to OPEX budgets and adjust forecasts to reflect project needs throughout the year.
Act as the Operations representative in project groups, influencing design and operational readiness during the development and construction phases.
Manage tender processes, optimize contracts, and drive cost-effective operational practices.
Conduct yearly technical inspections to uphold high standards of operational excellence.
Stay ahead of market trends and introduce innovative solutions to enhance PV operations.

What we're looking for

A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in technical operations management within the renewable energy sector, preferably PV.
Fluency in English (oral and written) is required; proficiency in another European language, such as Danish, Lithuanian, or Swedish, is a plus.
Strong communication skills to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
An analytical mindset with a passion for identifying and implementing improvement opportunities.
A collaborative spirit with the drive to mentor and support junior colleagues.
