Nordic Solar’s Annual General Meeting 2024 will be held on Wednesday 24 April 2024 at 16.00 CET at Nordic Solar A/S, Strandvejen 104B, 2900 Hellerup, Denmark
Arrival and registration is possible from 15.00 CET.
The notice convening the general meeting and agenda can be found in the documents located at the bottom of the page.
The Annual General Meeting will be transmitted live to shareholders via a link on Computershare’s portal (see the notice convening the general meeting for details). The meeting will be held in Danish.
Registration, use of proxy forms and postal votes
Shareholders wishing to attend the general meeting must request an admission card from Computershare no later than Friday 19 April 2024 at 23:59 via Computershare’s portal here.
Questions concerning registration for the Annual General Meeting, proxy forms, postal votes as well as use of Computershare's portal can be asked directly to Computershare at [email protected].
Proxy forms and postal votes have to be provided and received by Computershare no later than Friday 19 April 2024 at 23:59.
Questions regarding the agenda
Before the Annual General Meeting, shareholders may submit written questions to the company about the matters on the agenda or the documents, etc. to be presented at the Annual General Meeting. For practical reasons, questions must be e-mailed to Head of Investor Relations, Thomas Ølholm France, at [email protected] no later than Tuesday 23 April 2024 at 12.00 CET with a clear identification of the shareholder.
