Nordic Solar completes its first strategic divestment in the German market

Zerre was Nordic Solar's first investment and has been part of the portfolio for the last 14 years. The sale represents a good financial opportunity and aligns with Nordic Solar's strategy to refocus its portfolio.

"The divestment of Zerre is quite special since it was Nordic Solar´s first investment, and the plant has been with us since our establishment. We believe we have found a capable renewable energy operator who can effectively utilize the asset moving forward. Considering the financial aspects as well, we think this is a good solution for both parties," says Chief Investment Officer Holger Bang.

The divestment will mark Nordic Solar's first divestment in the German market. Nordic Solar has with the divestment of Zerre completed four strategic divestments in 2024.
