Nordic Solar’s Board Welcomes Three New Members

Joining the Board are Per Hornung Pedersen, Morten Hultberg Buchgreitz, and Huib Morelisse. Together, their extensive expertise in international energy operations, strategic leadership, and renewable energy development will strengthen Nordic Solar’s strategic direction and support its continued growth.

Per Hornung Pedersen brings over two decades of leadership in the global energy sector. His career includes roles as CEO of Suzlon Energy and Repower Systems AG, as well as CFO at NEG Micon. He has also served on the boards of several energy companies and is a senior advisor to international capital funds and consulting firms, focusing on strategy, business development, and M&A.​

Morten Hultberg Buchgreitz has more than 20 years of experience in developing departments and subsidiaries at Ørsted and Vestas in leadership positions, both in Denmark and internationally. He has served on the boards of several energy companies and brings substantial experience in the development and scaling of renewable energy, as well as leadership and strategy in international energy companies.​

Huib Morelisse offers broad experience in leadership, strategy, and development of international energy companies in the Netherlands, Germany, and Sweden. He is the former CEO of energy companies Lagerwey, Nuon, and RWE Energy, as well as CTO at Essent. Huib is active on several boards and is a former board member of Vattenfall and co-founder of the consultancy firm Breathe.​
