As the Head of IT and Digitalisation, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive IT and digitalisation strategy aligned with business objectives and strategic targets. You will lead the IT department, ensuring a seamless and secure IT environment while fostering innovation and driving automation and the use of data analytics and AI where it supports our business goals.
Your core responsibility will be to manage all IT-related issues and opportunities, from strategic planning to operational efficiency, ensuring the alignment of IT initiatives with business goals and a seamless employee experience when it comes to equipment, systems and support. You will work in a fast-paced and highly professional environment, leading a small team of IT professionals who are key to the design, implementation, and operation of the digital infrastructure.
You will lead the IT department, a team of 3 skilled professionals dedicated to supporting and advancing the IT and digitalisation efforts. You will report to the Chief Financial Officer and collaborate with various stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring that IT strategies and solutions effectively support the business operations and growth objectives.
