You will work closely with various stakeholders & leaders across departments, acting as a trusted sparring partner to help shape & align the people agenda with our business goal. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic People & Culture initiatives that directly support the success of our business and employees.

You will report to Head of Talent and is based in Hellerup. While we’re thrilled to welcome new talent, we are unable to offer relocation for this position.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, offering expert people insights and solutions that align with organizational objectives.
  • Support organizational design initiatives, helping to structure teams and departments in ways that drive efficiency and business growth.
  • Execute talent and retention plans, creating initiatives that align with business goals and retain key talent across the organization.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all employees.
  • Foster a culture of continuous feedback and employee development to drive high performance and ensure continuous growth and improvement.
  • Partner with leadership to forecast talent needs and develop workforce plans that align with our business strategy.
  • Identify and nurture talent, creating clear pathways for career development, internal mobility, and promotions.
  • Provide conflict management support, helping resolve workplace challenges and enhancing team dynamics.
  • Collaborate with the People & Culture team and key stakeholders to develop and implement innovative people & culture programs that enhance employee engagement and retention.

Recognise Yourself?

  • You have significant experience as a Talent Management /HR Business Partnering ideally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment within similar scaleup organisation
  • Experience within energy industry or similar niche organisation is a plus
  • You are a strategic thinker with the ability to align HR practices with broader business goals.
  • You have strong relationship-building skills, able to build trust and credibility with leadership and employees at all levels.
  • You’re comfortable with people data and metrics, using them to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • You have experience with organizational design, workforce planning, and employee development and internal mobility programs.
  • You excel at conflict resolution and can navigate workplace challenges to foster strong team dynamics.
  • You’re proactive, take initiative, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
