About the Position

We are excited to announce the creation of a new Talent function within our People and Culture team and are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Student Assistant to join us. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR and business partnering, contributing to meaningful projects that will have a direct impact across the entire organization.

Reporting to the Head of Talent, this position is based in Hellerup, Denmark, with a time commitment of 15-20 hours per week.

Your Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Talent Team on various people-related projects, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with organizational goals.
Support HR administrative tasks and assist in preparing presentations and materials for meetings and initiatives.
Research best practices and emerging trends in workforce planning, organizational design, and team dynamics to contribute to strategy development.
Collaborate on initiatives aimed at improving team dynamics and fostering a culture of engagement and collaboration across the organization.
Support activities that promote talent attraction and internal mobility, helping employees explore new opportunities within the company.
Assist with data analysis and reporting to track key HR metrics, providing insights that inform decision-making.

Recognise Yourself?

You are currently studying a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.
You have a keen interest in HR, talent management, and people-focused initiatives.
You’re detail-oriented and comfortable working with data and analytics.
You are proactive, take initiative, and enjoy collaborating with others.
You have strong communication skills and can manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Prior experience in an HR or business environment is a plus but not required.
